2. Where are you located and what are your hours?

 

• 32 Brownlee Place, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920

• Tuesday – Friday: 9:30 am – 7:30 pm

• Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Closed Sunday & Monday

 

Yes! We offer free, on-site parking right in front of our studio at 32 Brownlee Place in Basking Ridge. You’ll never need to worry about finding a spot - there’s ample parking available all day, and you can walk directly into our studio entrance without stairs or street parking hassles.

 

3. How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website or booking portal. If you have special requests or questions, call us before booking.

 

4. What should I do to prepare for my lash extension appointment?

• Arrive without eye makeup.

• Avoid oil-based products before your appointment. Skip caffeine 2–3 hours beforehand. Remove contact lenses if possible.

5. What is your after-care advice for lash extensions?

​

Avoid steam, water, and sweating for the first 24 hours. Brush lashes gently daily. Use oil-free products and avoid mascara. Sleep on your back when possible. 6. Do you offer fills, removals, or conversions?

Yes, we offer refills, safe removals, and style conversions. Book a consultation if you’re unsure which option suits you.

 

7. How long do the lash extension services take?

 

Timing depends on the style: classic sets are faster, while hybrid and volume take longer. We’ll provide an estimated duration when you book.

 

8. Do you provide facials and massages for both men and women?

 

Yes, all treatments are suitable for everyone. We customize each session to your skin type, goals, and preferences.

 

9. What if I have sensitive eyes, allergies, or wear contact lenses?

10. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

 

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We’ll gladly help you find another time that works.

We accept major credit/debit cards. Gift cards and prepaid booking options may also be available.💗 Tips are always appreciated and go directly to your stylist as a thank-you for their hard work and artistry.
